A New Governance

A New Governance is the first international organization set to create standards for the circulation and protection of personal data. It is cross sector and cross expertise (technical, legal, design, business). The standards we aim to create make personal data circulate under the strict control of the individual.

It aims to establish terminologies, good practices and standards governing the respect of everyone's rights to their data and their free circulation. It aims to promote a high level of protection, ethics and trust worldwide for personal data and their use. Its ambition is to allow optimal coordination on a large scale of all economic actors processing data.

It will be composed of public, private, academic and associative actors from all countries and various fields of expertise.

Business leaders, policy makers, legal directors, government officials, and data professionals gather at P3C to address strategic issues related to personal data governance and standardization.
